Center Policies

Registration and Tuition Policy*

I understand that enrollment is on an annual basis.
I understand that tuition is non-refundable after 5/15/2026 and that annual tuition is fixed. For students who register after the start of the program year, tuition will be prorated based on the student’s start date.
Payment options:
• Check or Zelle: no processing fee
• Credit card: 3% processing fee

Withdrawal Policy*

I understand if a withdrawal request is submitted via email before 5/15/2026, all tuition paid will be fully refunded.
For withdrawal requests made after 5/15/2026, deposit will not be refunded.
No tuition will be refunded for withdrawal requests submitted after class started.

Private Arrangements Policy*

I agree that I will not engage in private communication or arrangements with any Beyond Young Academy instructor.

Teacher Assignments*

I understand the center reserves the right to assign a different BY Academy teacher to classes without advance notice to parents.

Photo/Video Release

I allow the center to take photographs and video recordings of the students to use in promotional materials. Permission is also hereby granted for the center to copyright such photographs and videos in its name.

Agreements*

I understand that BY Academy reserves the right to discontinue classes for any student or family who does not follow school's policies.
