This program is designed to prepare students for BPA (Business Professionals of America) competitions through a structured, step-by-step approach.

Students will build a strong foundation in business, finance, and economics, and gradually develop the skills needed to compete in entry-level BPA events.

✔ Develop presentation, analysis, and problem-solving skills
✔ Prepare for and participate in beginner-level BPA competitions

For students who choose to participate in BPA competitions,
the school provides full guidance and preparation support.

The 30 sessions are an estimated number of classes needed to prepare for the competition. The actual number of sessions may increase or decrease depending on the student's progress and the specific requirements of the competition.

The estimated total cost for the program is $4,150, which includes:

$3,000 for coaching and instruction
$1,150 for competition organization fees, including chapter registration, administrative and operational costs, coach accompaniment, competition registration fees, topic consult，competition strategy advice，and related expenses

The $1,150 competition organization fee is due as a deposit.

The remaining $3,000 tuition will be paid in six monthly installments of $500 each, beginning on August 1, 2026, and ending on January 1, 2027.

Center Policies

Registration and Tuition Policy*

I understand that enrollment is on an annual basis.
I understand that tuition is non-refundable after the first class and that annual tuition is fixed. For students who register after the start of the program year, tuition will be prorated based on the student’s start date.
Payment options:
• Check or Zelle: no processing fee
• Credit card: 3% processing fee
Deposit & payment schedule:
• A deposit per student is required and must be paid at the time of registration. The deposit equals two months of tuition.

Withdrawal Policy*

I understand if a withdrawal request is submitted via email before 7/30, all tuition paid will be fully refunded.
For withdrawal requests made after 7/30, deposit will not be refunded.
No tuition will be refunded for withdrawal requests submitted after class started.

Private Arrangements Policy*

I agree that I will not engage in private communication or arrangements with any Beyond Young Academy instructor.

Teacher Assignments*

I understand the center reserves the right to assign a different BY Academy teacher to classes without advance notice to parents.

Photo/Video Release

I allow the center to take photographs and video recordings of the students to use in promotional materials. Permission is also hereby granted for the center to copyright such photographs and videos in its name.

Agreements*

I understand that BY Academy reserves the right to discontinue classes for any student or family who does not follow school's policies.
